Private House in Dėdeliškės

A private house of distinctive architecture on the lakeshore in Dėdeliškės, Trakai district. The entire house is architectural concrete: the monolithic walls, slabs and cantilevers remain exposed without any additional finish.

Such a project demands the highest concrete surface quality. We carefully planned the layout of the formwork panels and joints, selected the concrete mix and ensured even placement for a uniform, smooth surface.

The external walls are three-layer monolithic walls: an inner load-bearing concrete layer, thermal insulation and an outer architectural concrete layer, cast as a single structure. We built all the monolithic structures of the house, including the cantilevered parts projecting over the slope.
