Site manager
UAB Angema is a structural works contractor specialising in monolithic and precast reinforced concrete structures. We are looking for a site manager to lead the structural works on site – from foundations to the roof slab.
Responsibilities
- organising and supervising structural works on site day to day;
- preparing and keeping to the work schedule;
- coordinating crews, subcontractors and material deliveries;
- quality and health and safety control;
- keeping site logs and preparing as-built documentation.
Requirements
- university degree in civil engineering;
- at least 3 years of site experience;
- site manager qualification certificate – an advantage;
- knowledge of monolithic construction technology;
- MS Office and AutoCAD skills.
