Foreman
UAB Angema is a structural works contractor specialising in monolithic and precast reinforced concrete structures. We are looking for a foreman to organise a monolithic works crew and ensure high-quality, safe work on site.
Responsibilities
- organising the crew and assigning tasks;
- supervising formwork, reinforcement and concreting to drawings;
- controlling quality, deadlines and material use;
- liaising with the site manager and other crews on site;
- ensuring health and safety within the crew.
Requirements
- at least 3 years of experience in monolithic works;
- experience leading a crew;
- ability to read structural drawings;
- responsibility, organisation and leadership.
